Baby Giggles

Lauren is 4 months old!

Lauren had her 4 month visit last week and she did great! She is now 12.5 lbs, 23 3/4 in long with a giant head :) Apparently she really does have a large noggin, but then again her daddy also has a pumpkin head! But it is a giant head full of cuteness, in my opinion. She really is getting cuter by the day and we love her so much and have the best time making her giggle.

Lauren is 3 months old!

Lauren is now 3 months old! I can't believe she has grown so much. We don't go to the doctor until next month, so don't have her stats, but I can tell she is getting so much bigger! She has now outgrown newborn size clothes and comfortably fits in 0-3 month clothes. It's too bad, I had a few 3-6 month Christmas outfits, they don't fit her yet! Lauren is smiling a lot and will giggle back and forth with me on occasion. She smiles at Freddy since his big face looks like one of her happy stuffed animals I guess. She loves to lay on her activity mat and look in the mirror- I will try to take a video and post it soon. She is just started to be ok with baths, not her favorite thing to do.

She is about to get to go to her first Peveto Christmas Eve party, the first of many to come, and I am sure she will have a wonderful Christmas. Christmas day we will head to Oklahoma to hang with the Cavins.

Thanksgiving 2009

We had a great thanksgiving this year, spent Thursday at the Peveto household and then headed up to Chickasha, OK for Cavin Thanksgiving. Lauren did great in Oklahoma, and her great-grandparents just loved seeing and holding her. We also picked up some great artwork done by my cousin Dylan- two paintings of our dog Haley who passed away last summer.

Lauren is 2 months old!

Well- Lauren had her two month appointment yesterday! She now weighs 9lb 4.5oz and is 21.25 inches long. She is really starting to be aware of her surroundings, and is now liking her swing with the mobile. She is smiling and starting to make cooing sounds that are so cute. she is also very patient when her mommy wants to do photo shoots out in the yard:)

Bouncy Chair fun

Lauren's favorite spot is in the bouncy chair. Sometimes this is the only place she will sleep...we are working on that!

Announcement card photo shoot
